Holiday Home Cal Capdevila Pira III Cal Capdevila is a traditional 19th century country house (built in 1866) situated on the town square of Pira, a small town of approx. 450 inhabitants in the heart of the area "Conca de Barberà" in Catalonia. The town is along the famous route "Ruta del Cister".The manor house, which was inhabited before by one of the wealthy families of the town, has been restored in an old style, whereby the rustic details have been kept. Due to its fully detached situation, all the rooms have daylight on four sides.The house is divided into 3 duplex apartments. Each apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and a courtyard or balcony with a barbeque. The house also has cots, washing machine, ironing board and round table games.During summer the communal swimming pool is open free of charge for the guests (within only 3 min. walk from the house). Within 7km it is possible to rent bicycles.Cal Capdevila is situated within only 7 km from Montblanc, the most important place of the area Conca de Barberà. This area have many beautiful spots, which can still be discovered like fields, woods, vineyards, fields with olive trees, almonds and the mountains of the Sierra de Prades.
